We hold a panel of 2,371 Korean pop-culture people and groups, each matched to a specific English Wikipedia article and checked daily for 30 days (17 August-15 September 2026). Most have some trickle of English-language readers. Twenty-nine of them — 1.2% of the panel — averaged exactly zero.
What “averaged zero” means here
This isn’t an estimate or a rounding trick applied to a handful of views. Wikimedia’s pageviews API returned a recorded count for each of the 30 days for these 29 pages, and the daily figures summed to an average that rounds to zero — meaning traffic low enough, day after day, that a month of it doesn’t clear a single view per day on average.

Why this happens, and what it doesn’t mean
Every name in our panel has a confirmed, disambiguation-free English Wikipedia article — the zero is not a data-quality artifact of us mismatching a page. It reflects an audience: English-language Wikipedia readers, specifically, over one specific month. A name can carry real weight in Korean-language media, on Korean streaming charts, or inside a fandom that reads in Korean, and still not register with the audience our count measures.
The panel-wide numbers put this in context: the median person or group in our panel averaged 29 views a day; the mean was 135, pulled up by a small number of very high-traffic pages. These 29 names sit at the floor of a panel that is already heavily concentrated at the top.

- Panel size: 2,371 people and groups, each with an English Wikipedia article confirmed to resolve to them specifically (not a disambiguation page).
- 29 of them (1.2%) averaged 0 views a day across the full 30-day window (17 August-15 September 2026) — not 'fewer than 1', but a rounded daily average of zero across 30 days of real API responses.
- Panel-wide median daily average: 29 views. Panel-wide mean: 135 views — pulled well above the median by a small number of very high-traffic pages, a gap we've reported on separately.
What we left out, and why
- Any claim these 29 have no English Wikipedia article at all — they do; our panel only includes confirmed articles. The zero is a reading-traffic result, not an existence check.
- A ranking of who is 'least popular.' Zero average daily views over 30 days on English Wikipedia measures one specific audience's specific behavior — it says nothing about popularity in Korean-language spaces, streaming, or any other measure.
- Individual names beyond the ten we list below. The full 29 are in our underlying data table, not reproduced name-by-name in this article.
