Plain terms for a small product: 7 tables, 6,473 rows, and one promise we will not make.
A licence to use the tables inside your organisation — analysis, internal reporting, research, and charts in your own work with the source named. One licence covers one organisation.
You may quote figures publicly if you name K Culture Wire and link the page you took them from. We would rather be quoted than hoarded.
Every table is built from sources that publish openly — Netflix's own weekly Top 10 lists, Wikimedia's pageview API, Wikidata, Korea's national statistics service and companies' own annual filings. We name the source on every page and in the column dictionary.
One table is not licensed yet. The redistribution terms for the streaming chart source are still being confirmed, so the chart-derived tables are not part of any licence we grant today. We check a licence before we publish, not after. The other tables do not wait on it.
This is the important one. Our tables say what has already been counted: which titles reached a chart, in how many countries, for how many weeks, and how often a name was looked up.
They are not a forecast of viewing, of box office, or of whether a title will succeed. We publish no such model and make no such claim. If you use these figures to decide what to commission, license or acquire, that judgement is yours — and the tables will not tell you what is missing from your question.
We also do not sell audience demographics, individual viewing behaviour, or anything that identifies a person. None of our sources contain it and we have not inferred it.
We publish every figure we have had to change, with the old value beside the new one and the cause it came from — the corrections record ships with the data and is a file you can read before you buy. If a figure in a table you licensed turns out to be wrong, tell us and we will correct it, tell everyone else who has it, and refund you under the refund policy.
Data can be complete, current and still not answer your question. We will tell you when it cannot, before you pay, and we consider that reply part of what we sell.
We stand behind the accuracy of the figures and refund them when they are wrong. Beyond that refund we are not liable for decisions taken using them — see the section above about what we do not sell. Nothing here removes any right you have under Korean consumer law.
