The game, from Riot’s live stats
| Invictus Gaming | Hanwha Life | |
|---|---|---|
| Kills | 29 | 9 |
| Gold | 60,316 | 51,064 |
| Towers | 7 | 3 |
| Dragons | 4 | 0 |
| Barons | 0 | 1 |
How 1-2 teams have done
From 1-2, a team needs two more wins to qualify; one more loss eliminates it. We put every Swiss Stage match of 2024 and 2025 in order from Riot’s schedule and followed every team that reached 1-2.
| Year | Teams at 1-2 | Qualified | Who, and how far |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2024 | 6 | 2 | Bilibili Gaming (lost the final), Weibo Gaming (lost a semi-final) |
| 2025 | 6 | 1 | T1 (won the title) |
| Both | 12 | 3 |
Nine of the twelve went out. Three of those nine won once more to reach 2-2 and then lost: Team Liquid in 2024, and Movistar KOI and Bilibili Gaming in 2025. The three who came back all went at least as far as a semi-final.
Read this as a spread, not odds
Three of twelve is a description of two past fields. It is not a probability for Hanwha Life or G2, who play different opponents in a different year. Every 1-2 team’s path is listed on our Worlds 2026 page.
Where the LCK stands
Dplus Kia are through at 3-0 (the first team in). Gen.G joined them at 3-0 by beating LYON 2-1 later that morning (the result). T1 were 1-1 and played CTBC Flying Oyster at 02:00 KST on 27 October; they beat them and are 2-1. Hanwha Life’s next opponent comes from round four, which Riot had not yet paired when we wrote.
